General Quality:
Unless otherwise specified the extruded bar, rod, the material shall be mill finish and shall be uniform as defined by the requirements of this specification and shall be commercially sound.
For temper end with -51, -510- -511, like T351, T651, should make general inspection for the release of its inner stress.
For ultrasonic inspection, the method should according with MIL-2154, Marine method.
